Premium Track Support and Transportation

	Complete, all-inclusive costs for transportation and track day support.
	This will include pickup, transportation, and delivery of your vehicle - which will be hand washed before returning it to you. Your car will be transported in an enclosed trailer, and covered with a padded car cover. It will be professionally secured and very well taken care of. Unlike other transport services who haul your vehicle at their convenience, we will only have your car for the minimum time necessary ... picking it up immediately prior to the trip, and returning it directly after.
	Track day support items include prepping of your vehicle, including installation of track day tires and wheels if you have them, checking of air and fluids, and minor maintenance throughout the day. We will also fit your car with in-car video and data acquisition systems. These recordings will be available for you to share with your friends or to evaluate your technique. We also provide driving suits, helmets and gloves if needed.
	Pre-driving track videos will allow you to check out and learn the track prior to actually getting in your car. We also have simulators with realistic tracks to practice on if desired.
	The Drivers Lounge will provide an air conditioned office in which to conduct any business, with free internet access, lunch, drinks and snacks. You can make yourself at home in the living room, and the kitchen will be stocked for your access during the day.
	Price depends upon the destination track, but usually varies from $2,500 to $4,000 per vehicle.

Race Team Transportation & Support

	This level of service provides enclosed transportation services for up to 3 vehicles originating from a central location.
	Your tools, spares, and paddock transportation may be loaded in the trailer.
	The trailer is complete with a 4 post lift, lighting, compressed air, heat and air conditioning should your team need to work on your cars. (Support for your vehicles throughout the day is your responsibility.) The canopy has room for 3 cars underneath, with almost 800 sq feet of shade and enclosed sides if desired. There is also exterior halogen lighting.
	The Drivers Lounge will be available to the race team in this configuration as well.
	Price for this service is roughly $1.75 per mile plus $500 per day for the use of the entire truck and trailer (i.e. These fees rent the entire rig - it is not a per vehicle charge.) The per day charge includes travel days.

The services provided for event support vary depending upon your needs. At the least, you can expect to receive;

	Access to the drivers lounge, which is air conditioned, provides wi-fi internet access, and has satellite TV and radio.
	Use of the air conditioned trailer and shop, complete with 4 post lift, compressed air, water, and an assortment of tools.
	800 square feet of shade under the canopy, which can be completely enclosed with sidewalls to protect from the wind, or to provide night time accommodations for parties.
	Drinks and snacks can be provided at an additional cost, and complete catering can be discussed.
	Pricing is roughly $750 to $1,000 per day. Mileage is not usually factored in for events within an hour or so of Denver or Colorado Springs.

Basic Vehicle Transportation

This structure provides basic car transportation ... delivery of the vehicle from one location to another. It is not a service that we normally provide, but runs about $1.10 per mile per vehicle, depending on availability.
