There are several race tracks in Colorado
within just a few hours of Denver.
A few of them (Pueblo, LaJunta, PPIR, CSP and Woody
Creek) have been used by the local enthusiasts
and club racers for many years.
The newest track, High Plains Raceway, has already
been paved and is planned to open in the Spring of 2009.
The Ring of the Rockies is a luxury motorsports
country club and is on track to break ground in 2009.
